摘　　要：目的:调查护理学硕士研究生对临床实践指导老师的期望,为其临床实践教学师资的配备提供依据和参考。方法:对新疆2个护理硕士点(新疆医科大学护理学院和石河子大学医学院)的81名护理学硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果:91.4%的学生认为需要成立临床实践指导老师小组。结论:成立并逐步规范运行"护理学硕士研究生临床实践指导老师小组"是必要而可行的提高护理学硕士研究生临床教学质量的有效措施,符合学生的期望和实践基地发展的需要。Objective：This study was aimed to explore nursing postgraduates＇ expectation for clinical practice instructors, thereby to provide some evidence and instruction for the management of clinical practice teaching and the arrangement of clinical teaching staff. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted and a total of 81 postgraduate students from two postgraduate nursing school in Xinjiang were chosen to finish the questionnaire. Results：91.4% of the students identified the need to set up a clinical practice instructor group. Conclusion：The establishment and regulated operation of ＇clinical practice instructor group＇ is a necessary and feasible measure to improve the clinical teaching quality for nursing postgraduates, and can satisfy the needs of the students and the development of clinical oractice sites.
