摘　　要：烟雾病是一种少见的脑血管病，病因至今不明，遗传因素可能在其发病过程中起重要作用。文章就近年来烟雾病相关基因的研究进展进行了综述，希望能为今后的研究提供新的思路。Moyamoya disease is a rare cerebrovascular disease,its etiology remains unknown.The genetic factor may play an important role during the course of the disease,This article reviews the advances in genes-related to moyamoya disease in recent years,hoping to provide new ideas for future research.
