摘　　要：大学生面临的诸多挑战之一是心理健康问题。本文试图从中国传统文化的角度,通过讨论中国传统医学,反思中西方文化中方法论的差异,探索帮助大学生以及心理健康工作者面对和处理心理健康问题的视角,以及将中国传统文化精髓运用于大学生心理健康工作的方法论。College students is facing many challenges,mental health problem is one of it.This article attempts to discuss Chinese tra-ditional medicine and reflection and differences between China and Western culture methodology from traditional Chinese culture aspect.and explore the methods for psychological health workers to help the students to face and deal with mental health,and will apply the essence of Chinese traditional culture methodology of mental health work.
