摘　　要：通过对1例表现为反复水样泻、顽固性低钾血症、代谢性酸中毒病例的诊治分析,提高对胰腺内分泌肿瘤以及多发性内分泌腺瘤病的认识.We report a case of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 presenting as recurrent watery diarrhea,refractory hypokalemia and metabolic acidosis.We analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of this disease to raise awareness of pancreatic endocrine tumors and multiple endocrine neoplasia.
