一个偏头痛家系7例

摘　　要：对一个偏头痛家系进行报道。该家系4代13人,可明确诊断为偏头痛者7例,且均为女性,其头痛发作与月经周期明显相关。该家系中,偏头痛患者约50岁(绝经后)左右开始,其头痛发作的频率减少,程度减轻。该偏头痛家系符合常染色体显性遗传的方式。This study reported a migraine family, consistent 4 generations about 13 people, 7 of them could be diagnosed by migraine. And all of them were female. Their headache attacked significantly associated with the menstrual cycle. The frequency and degree of headache attacks were reduced after 50 years old（ postmenopausal）. This migraine family consistented with autosomal dominant.
