摘　　要：金陵女子大学是中国近代教育史上著名的女子大学,在办学过程中形成的教育理念和人才培养模式颇具特色,尤其是其校训和各项管理措施,充分体现出"以人为本"的思想。从全面人格教育品格入手,阐述了"以人为本"的人性化管理措施,针对女性特点设置特色系科以及实行姊妹班和导师制,总结了金陵女子大学人才培养中体现人文关怀彰显人性光辉的历史启示。Jinling Female University is well-known for its strict management in training qualified personnels.The spirit of ＂Improving people＇s livng condition＂ holds that people can＇t live only for themselves but should use their wisdom and abilit to help others and the society.This makes deep effect on and active contribution to the educational development and talents cultivation of that times,and also has great influence on today＇s higher education.
