校企合作计算机人才培养模式与运行机制探索

摘　　要：面对扩招后高等教育面临的教育与产业脱节,毕业生不能满足用人单位需求的现状,借鉴德国应用科技大学在工程应用型人才培养方面的成功经验,以陕西省人才培养模式创新实验区——西邮IT应用型人才实训中心为实践平台,在培养方案制定、校企联合实验室与实习基地建设、以学生为主体的课堂教学方法以及实践教学体系等方面进行了大量的探索,形成了以满足企业用人需求为目标的高素质计算机工程型人才培养模式和运行机制。In order to resolve the problem that the graduates cannot meet the enterprises＇ need due to the disjointing between universities and industry in China,the successful experiences from Germany FH are analysed.After many years researching and exploring in education syllabus,joint labs and practical bases and teaching ways at XUPT Practical Training Center which is one of the education model innovating experimental zones in Shaanxi,education mode and running mechanism are formed which are proven to be successful and effective for training computer engineers with high diathesis,and are valuable to be extended.
