摘  要:利用往复滚动试验装置研究了车轮钢在不同往复循环次数和频率条件下的滚动剥离损伤行为,分析了其损伤机理。结果表明:车轮钢的滚动剥离损伤是伴随疲劳磨损而发生的;随往复循环次数的增加,滚动剥离损伤逐渐出现并加重,磨损表面变得光滑并有明显的剥离痕迹,在此过程中磨损形式由磨粒磨损逐渐向疲劳磨损转变,磨损深度明显增大;频率对车轮钢的滚动剥离损伤表面磨痕形貌无显著影响,与磨损深度成正比。The rolling spalling damage behavior of wheel steel was investigated using a reciprocating rolling testing apparatus under different cycle numbers and frequencies. The damage mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the rolling spalling damage of wheel steel appeared with the fatigue wear. With the increasing numbers cycle, rolling spalling damage would aggravate gradually, and the wear surface became smooth with obvious spalling marks. In addition, wear mechanism of the wheel steel would transfrom from abrasive wear to fatigue wear, and the wear depth increased obviously. The frequency had no obvious effect on the surface worn-out appearance for rolling spalling damage of the wheel steel, which was proportional to the wear depth.
