摘  要:目的:本文研究了抗缺氧食品功能发酵液对缺氧大鼠氧离曲线偏移的影响。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为平原对照组、缺氧对照组、抗缺氧发酵液组、高能固体饮料组和复合组(抗缺氧发酵液+高能固体饮料)5个实验组。对照组大鼠每天每只灌胃生理盐水3.5mL,三个样品组大鼠每天每只灌胃样液3.5mL。平原对照组在常压环境下喂养10天,缺氧对照组和样品组大鼠在模拟海拔高度5000m的低压舱中喂养10天;第11天灌胃结束后,测试各组大鼠主动脉压力、血氧饱和度和pH值;计算理论血氧饱和度与血氧饱和度偏移度。结果:抗缺氧发酵液组大鼠氧离曲线发生显著左移。结论:抗缺氧食品功能发酵液有助于增加机体在低氧环境下血红蛋白与氧的亲和力,有利于提高机体在缺氧环境下的血液运氧效率。Objective:To study the effect of functional fermentation broth of anti-hypoxic food on the oxygen dissociation curve shift of anti-hypoxic rat.Methods:50 rats were randomLy divided into plain control group,hypoxic control group,anti-hypoxic fermentation broth group,high-energy solid drink group and composite group (anti-hypoxic fermentation broth high-energy solid drink). The control rats were fed with 3.5 mL normal saline per day,and three experimental groups of rats were fed with 3.5 mL sample liquid per day. Plain control group rats were fed for 10 days under atmospheric pressure,while the hypoxia control group and experimental group rats were fed in a low-pressure cabin for 10 days with simulated altitude of 5 000 meters above sea level. The aortic pressure,oxygen saturation and pH of each group were determined after 11 days garage. Then the theoretical oxygen saturation and its shift were calculated.Results:The oxygen dissociation curve of anti-hypoxic rats showed a significant left shift.Conclusions:The functional fermentation broth of anti-hypoxic food increases the oxygen affinity of hemoglobin and the oxygen transport efficiency of blood in the low oxygen environment.
