摘  要:从原材料选择、碳化硅(SiC)颗粒性能、掺杂材料对防晕性能的影响等方面,介绍了防晕材料的优化过程。一次成型及涂刷型lacquer防晕结构分别适用于多胶绝缘体系与VPI少胶绝缘体系。预制带的透气性及防晕层电阻率的稳定性问题,是制约少胶绝缘体系使用一次成型防晕结构的关键。防晕层的电阻分散性及SiC含量是影响防晕效果重要因素。从防晕层外附加绝缘及覆盖漆、影响起晕电压因素、内屏蔽作用等方面介绍了防晕结构及工艺。防晕结构优化计算能从理论上总结出防晕层各项参数的适用范围,为吸收消化国外防晕技术奠定了基础。An optimization process of anti-corona materials was presented in terms of the choice of raw materials,the SiC particles' properties and the influence of doping materials on the anti-corona performance.One-step forming structure and lacquer structure for corona-resistance are suitable for resin-rich insulation system and VPI resin-poor insulation system,respectively.The gas permeability of prefabricated tape and stability of electrical resistivity of anti-corona layer are significant factors of influencing the anti-corona effect.The anti-corona structure and technology are presented from aspects of outer supplementary insulating layer and coating varnish,the influencing factors of corona inception voltage and internal shield.The optimization calculation of anti-corona structure can theoretically summarize the applicable range of anti-corona layer parameters that will be helpful for the transformation of overseas anti-corona technology.
