摘 要:从发生学对近现代科学教育在中国发生发展状况作一番具体的考察,当中国社会传统文化出现接纳某些西方文化的苗头,全球性科学文化出现向中国社会传播的机会和条件之时,经传教士的宣传,负笈东西洋学生的积极倡导,实学与西学的两度结合,权要官绅的吸纳与推进,终于促成了中国近现代科学教育的发生。这不仅结束了传统教育中儒家经学体系,推动了现代知识体系的确立,培养了大批科学技术人才,而且随着科学技术渗入社会各领域,促进了科学社会化和社会科学化的发展,从而推动了社会观念的整体变迁。Certain specific inspection of modern science education development in China from the perspective of embryology,indicates that,with the initial integration of western culture into the Chinese traditional culture,China witnessed the emergence of modern science education with real learning combined with western learning,mainly preached by ministers,actively advocated by both foreign and Chinese students,absorbed and advanced by officials.It marked not only the end of the traditional Confucian education and school system,but also the establishment of modern knowledge frames,thus training a large number of scientific and technical personnel.With science and technology influencing all walks of life and society,it has promoted the socialization of science and the scientificalization of society,and urged overall changes in social attitudes.
