摘　　要：文章从阐述社区教育管理的基本理念入手,着重探究社区教育管理的三种行为模式:社区教育行政管理模式、社区教育经验管理模式以及社区教育科学管理模式。在分析三种模式的特点和优劣的基础上,研究社区教育管理的规律性,其目的在于为加强和改善社区教育管理提供借鉴。The essay,based on the basic conceptions of community education management,is trying to demonstrate the three behavior patterns of management： administrative management model,experience management model and scientific management model.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three models as well as the principles of community education management,it tries to provide heuristic viewpoints for better development of community education management.
