摘　　要：阐述了自然环境与养生的关系,并从环境养生、情志养生、艺术养生、运动养生等方面探析中国古典园林的养生方法和思想,以期为现代康复园林的发展提供有益的借鉴。This paper gave a general description of the relation between natural environment and health. The author analysed the health methods and ideas in Chinese classical garden from environment health, mental health, art health, exercise health etc. It would provide useful lessons to modern restorative landscape deverlopment.
