摘　　要：利用广义Vandermonde行列式的显式表示式,给出了广义Vandermonde矩阵可逆的充要条件及求逆公式.By using the explicit expression of generalized Vandermonde determinant,the sufficient and necessary condition and the inversion formula of generalized Vandermonde matrix are obtained.
