宝马培训的特点及对汽车类专业课程体系改革的借鉴

摘　　要：广东交通职业技术学院与宝马公司合作建立了宝马培训基地,宝马培训体系有严格的层次,基地培训内容分为学徒工、宝马技术综合导入、机电工三大模块,主要面向员工工作岗位,以能力要求为本,培训时间和培训内容都有具体的安排,培训具有严格的程序,最后以综合考核为基础发放相应的证书。宝马培训基地的特色对高职汽车运用课程体系改革提供了借鉴意义。Guangdong Communications Polytechnic and BMW set up their training base, BMW Training System own strict hierarchical, the base training is divided into apprentice introduction to BMW technology electrical engi- neering three modules, primarily to staff jobs, competency-based requirements, training time and content have specific arrangements, training has a strict procedures, from the basis of a comprehensive assessment to issued the corre- sponding certificate. The characteristic of BMW training base can provide significance for the automobile application curriculum reform.
