摘　　要：作为教育工作者,责任是我们从事教育工作的最基础的准则。责任既是一种权利,也是一种义务,更是教育工作者需要学习的一种文化。它是校园多元文化的一部分,是师生责任意识的动态生成过程所形成的充满活力、创造力和人文精神的教育环境之一。因此,必须把责任当作一门学问来学习,当作一种文化来传承。同时,责任也是一个积累的过程,需要我们要以做大事的心态对待每一件小事,向着这个目标努力,慢慢接近,成功地超越自己。As educators,responsibility means success,it is the most basic principles for our educational.Responsibility is both a right and an obligation,most of all,it is a culture for educators to learn.Therefore,we must shift the responsibility as a learning to learn,as a culture heritage to come down.In addition,responsibility is a cumulative process,we need to treat every minor matter as great things,we must work hard l,slowly approach and the successful achieve this objectives beyond their our own.
