摘　　要：高职教育模式将由传统的学科体系导向模式向就业导向模式转变,随着教育模式的深入改革,高职教育的课程体系、教材、教学方法、师资等方面都要随之变化,作为教学工作的实施者,"双师型"师资队伍的建设尤为重要。和相关企业深度合作,教师长时间系统的参加企业整个生产过程,切身体会企业文化,为高职教师自身提高提供了一个良好途径。Higher vocational education model will change from traditional discipline-oriented model to employment-oriented model.With the deep reform of education model,the curriculum,teaching materials,teaching methods and teaching staff of higher vocational education have to change.The construction of ＂double-competency＂ teaching staff,who are the implementers of teaching,is particularly important.By cooperating with related enterprise,teachers can participate in the production process and experience enterprise culture personally,which is a good way for the self-improvement of higher vocational teachers.
