“教做人”重于“教知识”——试论当前高校教育的缺失问题

摘　　要：现代化、工业化、城市化、市场化与科技的发展,一方面极大地改善了人类的物质生活,使之逐步走向富裕。同时,现代化的进程所带来的负面影响,诸如工具理性泛滥、市场拜物的盛行、战争的严重灾难、环境的严重污染与资源枯竭、精神疾患蔓延等,又直接威胁到人类的生存,使之处于一种非美化的生存状态,而这种社会上美与非美的冲突也已经渗透到高校的人文教育方面。文章从高校教育缺失内容出发,指出加强育人才是解决现在社会发展一系列矛盾的关键,这不仅是高校存在的价值,更是一个国家民族的根基所在。With the rapid development of modernization, industrialization, urbanization and market-oriented society, the material life of mankind, on the one hand, has been greatly improved, and gradually move toward prosperity, on the other hand, the process of modernization brought about negative effects, such as the proliferation of instrumental rationality, the materials prevalence of market-oriented ideology, the disaster of war, the serious environmental pollution, the resource depletion, the spread of mental illness, etc. , even the direct threat to human survival. This existential threat forms a series of contradictions between beauty and non-beauty statement, which is already infiltrated into university education on the students humanities. The contents of the paper starts from the deletion of university education, makes great concerns on the strengthening of human cultivation in the university education so as to solve the series contradictions in social development at all levels, which is not just the existential foundation of university, but existential foundation of the nation.
