摘　　要：针对传统教学模式重理论轻实践、教材内容相对滞后、学生发展空间被挤压等弊端,我院构建了实现培养目标的实践教学体系和培养方案,通过双师、双轨、双证等途径促进计算机学科学生专业能力发展。In this paper, author analyzes the drawbacks of traditional training methods, and consequently, introduces the innovative training programs in Jingu College focuses on improving the practical talents of our students. Our approaches will require teachers to have the skills to train students via ＂dual track＂, through which the students will get double certificates in the study process and being academically recognized and technically authorized as a result of our training.
