摘　　要：在本科生临床麻醉学教学中实行导师制是提高学生综合素质的有效途径。本文就实行导师制的实践，包括教学目标、教学思路及教学方法等问题进行了初步的探讨，旨在更好地培养高素质的医学本科生。Tutor system for undergraduate is an efective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students. The paper discussed several questions in the clinical anesthesiology＇ s practice including teaching goal, mentality and method and so on, raising the high quality medical undergraduates.
