摘　　要：以成型机模块的运动为控制对象,介绍了一种基于Profibus-DP运动控制系统设计方案,充分利用S7-300和MasterDrives MC的软、硬件资源,实现了对多轴电动机的精确控制。通过Profibus-DP总线实现与MasterDrives MC的高速通信,并对该控制系统的硬件及软件设计方案进行探讨。This paper introduces the electrical control system for modules of plastic-forming machine, presents advantages of SIMATIC S7-300 and MasterDrives MC in multi-axis motion control application. Profibus-DP bus is used to realize high-speed commutation with MasterDrives MC. Hardware and software design of control system is given.
