马齿苋多糖对前脂肪细胞的抑制作用及体外抗氧化研究

摘　　要：提取马齿苋多糖,测定其体外影响前脂肪细胞3T3-L1增殖及其抗氧化能力。结果表明:马齿苋多糖在浓度25μg/mL以上极显著抑制前脂肪细胞3T3-L1增殖。当马齿苋多糖浓度大于0.066 mg/mL,随浓度增加,其清除羟自由基能力增强,浓度为0.094 mg/mL时其清除率相当于0.130 mg/mL的Vc溶液达到50%。Inhibitory activity to preadipocytes proliferation and antioxidant activity of polysaccharides extracted from portulaca oleracea L was detected.The results showed that polysaccharides exerted significant inhibitory activity to preadipocytes 3T3-L1 proliferation at the concentration higher than 25 μg/mL,also showed higher hydroxyl radicals scavenging capability with the increase of the concentration at the concentration higher than 0.066 mg/mL,besides,showed same capability of scavenging half of the hydroxyl radicals at the concentration of 0.094 mg/mL compared with the 0.130 mg/mL Vitamin C.
