摘　　要：采用响应面法对微波法提取啤酒花浸膏的工艺条件进行了优化,首先筛选出3个影响较大的重要因素,分别为:微波时间,乙醇浓度,料液比,利用SAS(8.0)软件进行回归分析,得到各因素的最佳水平。在优化的工艺条件下,啤酒花浸膏中α-酸含量可达2.9115%。The paper research optimization of hop concrete extraction conditions by microwave method Using Response Surface.Firstly,the three main factors were screened out,including the microwave time,ethanol concentration,material rate.Finally,the optimum levels of three main factors were obtained through Box-Behnken design,regression analysis with statistical analysis system and response surface analysis.Through the optimization of condition,α-acid of hop concrete to 2.9115%.
