摘 要:用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定了米粉中的B、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Ca,优化了样品预处理条件,考察了实验条件对所测元素的影响。通过分析国家大米标准参考物质GBW10010(大米)和GBW10012(玉米)来验证方法的准确度与精密度,测定值与标准值吻合,相对标准偏差在0.78%~6.4%之间。所有元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9990。该方法回收率在92.6~106.0%之间,线性范围(μg/mL)分别为B 0.01~0.1、Cu 0.01~1.0,Mn、Zn、Fe 0.01~2.0,Ca 1.0~20.0,检出限(μg/mL)分别为B 0.0015、Cu 0.0016、Mn 0.0012、Zn 0.0018、Fe0.0028、Ca 0.1255。该法测定米粉中的B、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Ca结果令人满意。B,Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe,Ca in rice noodles were determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-AES) after the samples were dissolved with an optimized microwave assisted digestion method.The effects of experimental and chemical conditions on the determination of the targeted elements were examined.The method was validated with standard reference materials GBW10010(rice) and GBW10012(corn).It was found that the results were in good agreement with the certified values with relative standard deviations lying between 0.78%~6.4%.The recoveries were located in a range of 92.6%~106.0%.The liner calibration curves were 0.01~0.1 μg/mL for B,0.01~1.0 μg/mL for Cu,0.01~2.0 μg/mL for Mn,Zn,Fe and 1.0~20.0 μg/mL for Ca with all regression coefficients no less than 0.9990,respectively.The detection limits were 0.0015 μg/mL for B,0.0016 μg/mL for Cu,0.0012 μg/mL for Mn,0.0018 μg/mL for Zn,0.0028 μg/mL for Fe and 0.1255 μg/mL for Ca,individually.When the method was submitted to determine B,Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe and Ca in rice noodles,it generated satisfactory results.
