摘  要:加强专业基础课中的实践性教学,培养学生的综合素质、综合能力是医学教育改革的重要内容。开展案例教学是改革的重要途径和方法。结合中医院校专业教学特点,通过案例的选择和准备、学生培训、教师检查指导、学习交流、分析讨论、归纳总结等教学环节开展教学。通过学生案例分析报告、问卷调查等方式考核教学效果。实践证明:案例教学可提高学生学习兴趣,拓宽知识渠道,解决课程教学中的问题,弥补课堂教学的不足,受到学生的普遍欢迎,值得推广。Strengthening the basic course in practice teaching, training the synthetical quality and ability of students are important aspects in medical education's reform. Case-study teaching is an important way and method in it. By combining the teaching characteristics of TCM institutions, we carry out teaching through case's selecting and preparing, student's training, teacher's inspecting and guiding, and learning exchange, analyzing, discussing and concluding in the class. Adjudged the teaching results by the ways like students' Case analysis reports and questionnaire survey. Practice is testified: Case teaching may improve the students studying interest and broaden channels of knowledge to solve problems, and make up for the lack of classroom teaching. It is generally welcomed by the students and should be promoted.
