摘  要:公务员的工作满意度关乎政府组织的绩效,具有重要的研究意义。为了解常熟市公务员队伍的工作满意度现状,笔者进行了深度访谈和问卷调查,结果表明常熟市公务员对工作总体上感到比较满意,但在晋升、管理制度、培训、发挥专长、非法定福利等方面的满意程度有待改善。对此,可以通过完善职务晋升制度、发挥行政管理制度的激励与保健双重作用、提升培训有效性等相应措施加以改进。Civil servants' satisfaction with their work has been related to the government performance, which is of great research significance. In order to find out the actual situation of civil servants' satisfaction with their in Changshu City, and through interviews and questionnaires, this study finds out that civil servants' satisfaction with their work is quite satisfactory on the whole. However, efforts should be made to improve promotion and administration systems as well as training and non-statutory benefits to bring their professional skills into full play. Accordingly, some measures should be taken, such as improving position-promotion system, putting into full play the double roles of incentive and health-keeping of administrative system and enhancing the effectiveness of training.
