摘　　要：贤良治国是一切良好政治的根本。我国历朝都非常重视选拔贤良的制度建设,确立了荐举和科举并行的选贤体制。在数千年的政治法律实践中,荐举已发展成为一套相当完备的任官法律制度。For a country to history be governed by able and virtuous men is the essentials of all good politics. In all the dynasties in Chinese history, the system for recommending able and virtuous men was paid great attention to and the recommendation system was parallel to imperial examination system. Over thousands of years＇ political and legal practice, recommendation developed into a complete legal system for appointing officials.
