摘　　要：大豆磷脂是大豆油精制过程中的副产品,因其含有大量的多种不饱和脂肪酸、胆碱、肌醇等多种营养物质,具有促进动物生长、调节脂肪代谢、增强机体免疫力等生物学功能,在医药、食品工业及饲料工业中应用非常广泛。论文主要综述大豆磷脂的营养生理功能及其在动物饲料中的应用。Soybean phospholipid is a by-product from soybean oil refreshed. Soybean phospholipid is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acid and dholine, inositol and many other nutrients. Soybean phospholipid can promote animals＇ growth, regulate lipometabolism, reinforce animal immunity and other biological functions. It can be widely applied to medine, food and feed industry. This article explains the physiology functions of soybean phospholipid and application on animal feed.
