摘　　要：我国经济的快速发展,急需大量的高素质、高技能人才,我国的高等职业技术教育正处于由精英教育转向大众教育的历史转折点。美国的社区学院在职业技术教育和培养适合社区经济需要的高技能人才方面已经形成成熟的教育体系,本文从美国社区学院的特点、师资等方面探讨了对我国高职教育的启示。China＇s rapid economic development needs a large number of high-quality and highly skilled personnel,China＇s higher vocational education is at the historical turning point changing from elite education to mass education.The American community colleges have formed a mature education system in the vocational technical education and training high-skilled talent for soceity economic needs.This article from the characteristics and teachers of the American community school discussed the inspiration to China＇s Higher Vocational Education.
