摘　　要：本文以陕西省九所已经开设瑜伽课程的普通高等院校为调查对象,对这九所普通高校瑜伽课教学实施情况、学生学习瑜伽现状、瑜伽师资队伍现状、场馆设施现状进行调查分析,对瑜伽在陕西省高校体育教学中稳步发展提出发展对策。Taking nine general universities that have opened Yoga course as survey objectives,this paper investigated and analyzed Yoga courses in these universities on implementation of Yoga teaching,the status of student learning Yoga,the status of Yoga teachers,the status of facilities,and put forward countermeasures for the development of Yoga in physical education of universities in Shaanxi province.
