摘 要:目的了解护理高等院校学生对《护士条例》核心内容的认知状况和学习需求。方法自行设计"护生对《护士条例》核心内容认知状况和学习需求调查问卷",对240名大专和本科护生进行调查。结果护生对《护士条例》相关知识普遍缺乏,全卷13道相关题目平均正确率只有67.6%;护生的关注点主要聚焦于《护士条例》中护士的权利义务和法律责任、护士的合法权益保障、薪酬待遇、护士注册4个核心内容;有73.9%护生认为有必要设置《护士条例》的教学,72.1%(160名)表示学习《护士条例》对专业知识学习或(和)实习有帮助。结论针对在校护生对《护士条例》的认知普遍缺乏,而大部分护生对学习《护士条例》相关内容有强烈需求的现状,学校或实习医院可以结合实际情况,通过不同途径、不同形式对护生进行相关知识宣教。Objective To understand the cognition of the key information from Regulations on Nurses of students of nursing college and their learning needs.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was employed for 240 junior college students and undergraduates of nursing major.Results Most of students questioned lacked related knowledge.An average accuracy of 13 related exercises was only 67.6%.What students focus on was just four key aspects such as the obligations,legal responsibility,rights guarantee,salary and nursing registration;73.9% of the students regarded that it was necessary to learn it,while 72.1%(160 students) thinked it was helpful to major study or internship.Conclusion Different methods should be applied to improve this situation since many college students lack related knowledge in various universities or hospitals.
