摘　　要：高师院校是培养中小学教师的母机,高师院校教师的质量直接影响中小学教师的质量.本文从职业道德、继续教育、教学实践、合作交流、科学评价等层面探析高师院校数学教师专业化发展的实现途径,对提高高师院校的教育质量有着重要的现实意义.Normal universities are ＂machine tools＂ for training the teachers of primary and secondary schools. Thus the quality of teachers from normal universities has an direct influence on that of primary and secondary schools＇ teachers. The paper has analysed several approaches to achieving the professional development for math teachers of normal uni- versifies from aspects of professional ethics, continuing education, teaching practice, cooperation and communication, and scientific evaluation, so it is very significant for improving the educational quality of normal universities.
