摘　　要：实验教学示范中心建设是高校培养创新人才的必要选择,实验室硬件建设是培养创新人才的物质基础和必要条件,实验教学体系、内容和方法的改革是培养创新人才的核心,实验教学队伍建设是培养创新人才的人力保障,科学管理和开放式运行机制是培养创新人才的体制保障。The construction of experiment teaching demonstration center is the necessary choice of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities.The construction of the hardware facilities of laboratories is the material basis and the necessary condition of cultivating innovative talents.The reforms of the experiment teaching system,content and method are the core of cultivating innovative talents.The construction of teacher team is the human guarantee of cultivating innovative talents.The scientific management and open experiment teaching system are the system guarantee of cultivating innovative talents.
