摘　　要：新加坡南洋理工学院的"教学工厂"办学模式为教师专业能力拓展开发提供了平台;无界化校园理念使教师专业能力得到充分展示;人力资源发展建设为教师专业能力发挥提供保障。这种模式对我国高职教育也有着启示作用:我们要重视教师的培养与引进,开拓专业知识及技能;打破界线,资源共享,实现教师专业能力提升和发展;创新教学模式,为教师专业能力提升搭建平台。The school-running mode of Singapore nanyang vocational college＇ teaching factory provide a platform for the teachers＇ professional capacity development,unbounded campus concept make it fully display,human resources development is a security of it.This mode inspire the higher vocational education in our country,we shoul pay more attention to the teachers＇ developing and introducing,develop professinal knowledge and skills,break the boundaries and resource sharing,raising and develop teachers＇ professional capacity,innovate teaching mode,in order to build the platform.
