摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纯纳米TiO2和铜掺杂、钕掺杂、铜钕共掺杂TiO2,用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱对其进行表征.用15W紫外灯作光源,20mg/L的偏二甲肼污水作为光催化反应模型污染物,研究TiO2的光催化性能,考察掺杂量对降解率的影响.结果表明,掺杂改变了TiO2的晶胞参数,提高了TiO2的光催化活性,共掺杂具有协同效应.共掺杂样品中铜离子摩尔分数为2.0%,钕离子摩尔分数为1.5%时其光催化性能最好.在25℃下,偏二甲肼废水质量浓度为20mg/L,加入催化剂质量浓度为0.6g/L,降解60min时,偏二甲肼废水的降解率达到93.4%.Pure TiO2,Cu doped TiO2,Nd doped TiO2and Cu-Nd co-doped TiO2were prepared through sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as raw material.The samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The photocatalytic performance of different TiO2particles and the effect of amount of Cu,Nd were studied using ultraviolet lamp of 15Was the illumination device and unsymmetrical dimethyl-hydrazine as the stimulant pollutant.The results indicate that doping has changed the parameters of lattice,improved the photocatalytic performance of TiO2,and the co-doping has showed its synergistic effect.The most efficient degradation was found for co-doped TiO2particles under the conditions of xCu=2.0%,xNd=1.5%.When the reaction temperature is 25℃,the degradation rate of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine could reach 93.4%by catalysis of 0.6g/L in 60minutes.
