摘　　要：文章对终身学习体系的内涵进行简单阐释,分析了终身学习的组织结构,同时论述了实施终身学习的意义;在此基础上,从信息技术促使学习方式改变、信息技术环境提高学习者学习兴趣、信息技术为学习者提供丰富的学习资源等几个方面,重点论述了信息技术对终身学习的促进作用;结合以上内容,构建了一个用信息技术支持终身学习的应用框架。This paper gives a simple interpretation for the meaning of lifelong learning system,analyses the organizational structure of life-long learning and also discusses the significance of the implementation of lifelong learning.This essay emphasizes on the role of information technology in promoting lifelong learning from the following aspects：information technology promotes learning;information technology improves the students learning environment interested;information technology provides rich resources for learners.Combination all above,it constructs an application framework which is useful to support lifelong learning with information technology.
