摘　　要：文章以北京邮电大学网络教育学院的一门大学英语在线课程的建设为例,介绍了应用现代课程设计理论和语言教学理论在建设英语在线课程时应注意的问题,应达到的目标,并给出了实现这些目标的实际模型。The study aims to explain how to construct online college English courses by applying modern course design theories and English teaching theories.An online college English course of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications was taken as an example to show some details in course construction.The study points out some problems and offers applicable ways to solve them.
