含芦荟天然防晒成分防晒霜的制备及防晒效果评价

摘　　要：以乙醇和水混合溶剂为提取液提取芦荟中的有效防晒成分;将所得提取物应用于基质膏霜中制得不同芦荟提取物含量的防晒霜,采用紫外光谱对防晒霜的UVB区防晒效果进行了评价。结果表明,芦荟防晒霜具有一定的防晒效果,芦荟防晒霜中芦荟提取物含量为0.5%时属于最小防晒效果,适用于冬日阳光和阴天,浓度为1%时属于中等防晒效果,适用于中等强度阳光照射。The effective sunscreen ingredients was extracted by ethanol and water mixed solvent from aloe in this paper, the extraction product obtained from aloe was added to sunscreen cream with differ- ent concentrations. The sunscreen effect of sunscreen cream containing barbaloin in UVB area was eval- uated by U-V Spectroscopy. The results show that the sunscreen cream of aloe has a lower sunscreen effect at 0.5 % concentration of extraction. It can be applied in sunny and cloudy days in winter, and the sunscreen cream of aloe has the middling sunscreen effect at 1% concentration of exraction, It can be applied in moderate-intensity sunlight.
