护理实训中心的开放式管理实践与思考

摘　　要：目的探讨护理实训中心开放式管理对提高实践教学水平和护生的综合素质的作用。方法在护理实训中心实施开放式管理,以没有采用开放式管理的2007年的学生实践技能成绩和采用开放式管理的2008年比较;同时对2008年学生进行自行设计的问卷调查。结果护生的实践技能逐年提高,2008年和2007年比较有显著差异(P<0.01),86.4%的护生对护理实训中心开放管理的评价持肯定态度。结论护理实训中心开放与管理有利于提高实践教学效果和护生的综合素质。Objective To study the effect on open management pattern of nursing training center to increase the practical teaching level and to improve the comprehensive quality of the nursing students. Methods Open management was implemented in nursing training center. Practical skill scores were compared between 2007 and 2008 students. A questionnaire which was designed by ourselves was used in 2008.Results Practical Skills of the nursing students were improved year by year. There was a significant difference in the practical skills between 2007 and 2008 （P 〈 0.01）.86.4 percent of the nursing students took a positive attitude to the evaluation of open management of nursing training center. Conclusions Open management program of nursing training center can promote the effect of practical teaching and the comprehensive quality of the nursing students.
