校企合作的教学设备研制方式探讨——以嵌入式技术技能训练设备研制为例

摘　　要：校企合作的"结合点"一直是困扰合作双方的难题,教学设备研制为解决这一难题提供了新的途径。校企合作的教学设备研制方式一方面可将行业规范、职业需求内化在教学设备中,并通过其转移至学生,形成符合市场需求的职业技能,实现课程教学与岗位生产实际的"零距离";另一方面可成为校企沟通的桥梁,推动校企合作向项目开发、课程建设等方面发展,从而实现校企双方的互利共赢。Selecting a bound point of cooperation of school and enterprise has been a difficult problem to both partners, and the development of teaching equipment should be a new way to solve the problem. Developing mode based on cooperation of school and enterprise consists of two aspects：one is that industry standards and job-related demand are transformed into the equipment, and pass job-related skills to students by it, and achieve to ＂zero distance＂ of training and job-related demand; the other is that developing of teaching equipments should be a bridge between school and enterprise, and realize win-win of the cooperation.
