摘　　要：经过一定专业培训的朋辈辅导者,应持有人可以积极改变和助人自助的理念。在朋辈辅导过程中,朋辈辅导者主动与被帮助者建立起助益性的朋辈关系,以促进被帮助者的积极改变和自我成长。After some professional training ,peer counselors should know that the holder can change the idea of helping people and help themselves positively. In the process of peer counseling, peer counseling is to help those who take the initiative and help of peers to establish relationships to promote positive change by helping persons and personal growth.
