高校文化素质教育发展的瓶颈及其出路探寻

摘　　要：当前高校大学生文化素质教育取得了丰硕的成果,同时也存在一些问题,由此遭遇到发展瓶颈。高校人才培养制度及其运行机制与文化素质教育理念的脱节制约了大学生文化素质教育的深入发展。因此,要从根本上寻求突破,增强大学生文化素质教育的实效,还需要更深层次的组织制度变革,以及更深刻的教育理念变革和人才培养模式变革。Current cultural quality education of university students has made abundant achievement, but also existing some problems at the same time ,thus has encountered the bottleneck of development. Gap of universities＂ training system and its operat- ing mechanism and the idea of cutural quality education constrain university culture quality education＇ s deeply development. Therefore, in order to fundamentally enhance effectiveness, seek breakthrough, enhance the effectiveness of univer- sity students cultural quality education, there is a need for deeper organization system changes, as well as a more profound change in philosophy of education and training pattern transformation.
