摘　　要：探讨分析化学实验半微量化的可能性。采用的方法是将参加分析化学实验的学生分成两组，一组按照常规方法进行实验，一组按照设计的半微量方法进行实验，比较两组的实验结果，并进行统计检脸。经统计方法检验，两种方法的实验结果没有显著性差异。结论说明分析化学实验半微量化是可行的，不仅有利于培养学生的基本实验操作技能，而且能够节约教学资源，减少环境污染。It explores the possibility of semi -micro test on analytical chemistry experiment. Methods： students who participate in the experiment are divided into two groups, one group does the experiment in conventional method, and the other is semi -micro method according to the experiment design, then compares the two groups experimental results and makes the statistical examination. Results： there is no significant difference in two methods. Conclusion： The semi - micro test of analytical chemistry experiment is feasible. And it not only helps to cultivate students＇basic skills of test operation, and but also saves teaching resources, and reduces environmental pollution
