摘  要:目的提高实习护生护理教学查房效果。方法将172名临床实习的大专护生随机分为实验组82名和对照组90名,对照组采用整体护理查房教学,实验组采用SSP与PBL整合模式查房教学。实习结束前评价教学效果。结果实验组理论、操作考试成绩显著优于对照组(均P<0.01);对教学方式的评价,提高学习兴趣、完善知识结构、增强思维能力、增强动手能力及提升职业素质5个维度评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01);实验组护生认为时间较紧及不确定性对学习有一定影响。结论 SSP与PBL整合模式查房教学可提高教学效果,并获得护生的认同,但应针对存在的问题加以完善和改进。Objective To improve the effectiveness of nursing teaching rounds.Methods One hundred and seventy-two college nursing students were randomized into a control group (n=90) and an observation group (n=82).The control group was given conventional nursing teaching rounds,and the observation group was subjected to a reformed method of teaching rounds which integrated student as standardized patient (SSP) with problem-based learning (PBL).Results The achievements of theory and practice test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;such 5 subscales of appraisal of teaching methods as promoting learning interest,knowledge structure,clinical thinking ability,clinical skills and professional quality scored higher in the observation group (P〈0.01 for all);students of the observation group convinced that lack of time and uncertainty impacted study.Conclusion The integration of SSP with PBL in nursing teaching rounds promotes teaching effects,and students appraise it positively.Measures should be taken to solve the existing problems.
