摘　　要：随着第三方物流的兴起,以及供应链管理在制造业的广泛应用,对于如何完成自己的物流业务,制造企业有了更多的选择。基于对当前物流模式分类的综合分析,站在制造企业的角度对物流模式进行了重新划分。提出了制造企业物流模式决策的四阶段模型,把决策过程划分为物流需求分析、物流业务对企业竞争力的影响程度分析、物流能力比较优势分析,以及物流模式选择四个阶段。详细给出了每个阶段定性与定量的分析方法和分析工具。On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the currently prevalent classification of logistics modes,the paper sets out from the perspective of the manufacturing enterprises to their re-classification,proposes decision model of the manufacturing enterprises that consists of four stages,including the logistics demand analysis,analysis of the influence of the logistics business on enterprise competence,analysis of the comparative advantages of logisitcs competence,and logistics mode selection.The methods and tools of both quantitative and qualitative analysis for each stage are elaborated on.
