顺铂联合香菇多糖与单用顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床对比观察及临床价值探析

摘　　要：目的观察顺铂联合香菇多糖胸腔灌注与单用顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效性和安全性。方法收治恶性胸腔积液患者42例,香菇多糖联合顺铂组（A组）22例,单用顺铂组（B组）20例。用一次性中心静脉导管行胸腔置管和闭式引流胸液,A组胸腔给药：顺铂60~80mg＋生理盐水50ml;香菇多糖2mg＋生理盐水10ml;B组胸腔给药：顺铂60~80mg＋生理盐水50ml。结果 A组患者总有效率和生活质量改善率均优于B组（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应相近（P〉0.05）。结论顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液较之单用顺铂法更为有效、安全,且两组不良反应差异无统计学意义。Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of administration of cisplatin and lentinan in patients with malignant hydrothorax.Methods 42 cases of malignant hydrothorax were subdivided to group A（cisplatin＋lentinan,22 cases）and group B（cisplatin alone,20 cases）.Central venous catheter and closed thorax drainage were used to deliver the agents：cisplatin 60~80 mg in 50 ml saline together with lentinan 2mg in 10ml saline in group A;cisplatin 60~80 mg in 50 ml saline in group B.Results The total effective percentage and life quality in group A were superior to those in group B（P0.05）,while the toxic and adverse effects were close（P0.05）.Conclusion The use of cisplatin in combination with lentinan achieved better results than administration of cisplatin alone in cases with malignant hydrothorax without increased danger or adverse effects.
