摘　　要：介绍了交流永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)与开放式数控系统的特点,以工业PC作为上位机,利用PMAC运动控制卡和Copley伺服电机驱动器的强大功能,同时控制两台直线电机实现工作台的X/Y方向的联合运动。设计出工作台的机械结构,并针对关键技术问题提出了解决方法。Introduce the characteristics of. AC PMLSM and open NC system,industrial PC as the host computer,use PMAC Motion Controller and actuating motor driver to control two linear motors simultaneously which drive the worktable moving at X/Y directions. Make a design of mechanical structure ,and propose solutions for some key technical problems.
