摘　　要：教育与企业合作产生的根本原因在于国民经济的迅速发展及其对新型专业人才的需求,它既是一种办学模式,更是一种人才培养模式。文章主要研究如何根据财经类专业人才的就业与需求特征,积极在实践中探索财经类专业校企合作机制,培养社会经济发展需要的高级财经类应用性人才。The essential cause of the cooperation between higher education and enterprise lies in the increasing development of national economy and the demands for new-type professionals.It is not only a school-running mode,but also a personnel training mode.The essay mainly discussed an innovation research on the cooperation between enterprises and schools concerning finance and economics kind specialties,which is expounded on the basis of employment rules market demand features.The study aims at actively exploring the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in practice and cultivating high-level practically-oriented financial professionals.
