摘　　要：独立学院教学质量监控体系对于本科应用型人才培养是十分必要的,其构建应遵循全员性原则、系统性原则、全程性原则和可行性原则,可通过院、系两级教学督导制度、听课制度、学生信息员制度、教学检查制度等来构建独立学院教学质量监控体系,全方伴监控独立学院的教学质量。The teaching quality monitoring of Independent Institute is of key importance to the cultivation of applied talents in the undergradu- ate level. The foundation of quality monitoring system should follow such principles as overall staff participation, systematicness, process- entireness and effectiveness while its implementation relies on the joined efforts of supervisors; superintendence of teaching in school and department level, attending lectures, students; feedback at regular intervals and systematic teaching inspection.
