摘　　要：毕业论文是培养学生运用所学知识解决实际问题,提高实践能力的重要环节,文章从毕业论文各个阶段出发,强调师生互动的作用,明确指导教师在培养学生实践创新能力所担任的重要角色。毕业论文实施过程中学生科研能力的训练,需要指导教师富于爱心、高度的责任心及言传身教的垂范。Undergraduate thesis period is an important duration which will help cultivate students to solve problems using their mastering knowledge and improve their practice ability. In the article, from the angle of sequencing stages, author emphasized the critical role of advisors on enhancing the students＇ creative ability. The training of research ability will require the full love, high responsibility, and good examples
